All-Inclusive Day Delegate Packages*
Our packages deliver a seamless experience, including room hire, equipment, wifi, parking^, plus chef’s selection morning or afternoon tea and a buffet lunch in the College dining hall.

Bespoke Catering

Individual Service Options
For room-hire-only events, we provide an assortment of optional catering services – from light refreshments to full buffet lunches – along with fresh fruit and sandwich platters, giving you the flexibility to create the ideal experience for your guests.

Bespoke Catering Package Option 1 (in conference centre) – $65.00 pp + GST

  • Tea/Coffee/Biscuits upon arrival.
  • Chef’s selection morning tea and afternoon tea.
  • Selection quiches & pies, caramelised apple & pork sausage rolls.
  • Chef’s salad of the day, tossed garden salad and fresh fruit platter.

Bespoke Catering Package Option 2 (in conference centre) – $50.00 pp + GST

  • Tea/Coffee/Biscuits upon arrival.
  • Chef’s selection morning tea only.

Continental Working Breakfast (in conference centre) – $35.00 pp + GST

  • Gourmet Tea & Coffee.
  • Choice of juice (orange, apple, pineapple or cranberry).

  • Coconut & passionfruit chia pudding cups.
  • Berry & yoghurt parfait cups.
