The heart of campus
Our Dining Hall is open 10 hours daily and is the heart of our College. Flexible dining options mean you can come and go as you please, and most importantly, choose from a delicious range of food.
We cater for a range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and halal. If you have more specific needs be sure to let us know as part of your medical form. We’ll then work with our dedicated catering team who always go above and beyond to ensure your requirements are met.
All meals are served buffet-style with a fresh salad bar. If you’re not able to make it to a meal, book a packed lunch to takeaway, or a late dinner to come home to. It’s all included in your weekly accommodation fee.
Dining Hall hours:
- Breakfast: 6.00am to 9.00am
- Lunch: 12.00pm to 2.00pm
- Dinner: 5.30pm to 7.30pm
Meet in the D-Hall
As well as daily meals, the Merriny Mia Dining Hall (known as the ‘D-Hall’ by our residents) is a social hub. It plays host to fabulous themed events throughout the year, the perfect place to dress up, socialise and celebrate.
Our Dining Hall recently underwent a $2 million renovation, re-opening in February 2025 with a new state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, dual food servery and improved waste facilities.
