Weekly rent
The price of your weekly rent (which we call your Accommodation Fee) depends upon your room type and includes all fees. Our cheapest, and most popular, are our Standard Rooms which are offered to all new residents.
We also have a limited supply of Premium Rooms^ which include our motel style en-suites and studio apartments. Premium Rooms are offered to current residents first, with any extras offered on a first-come-first-served basis to new residents.
Prices for 2026
- $555.00 per week for a Standard Room
- $640.00 per week for a Premium Room.
Upfront fees
To secure your place, you’ll need to pay some upfront fees, which are issued in two parts.
First, you’ll accept your Accommodation Offer by paying a Confirmation Fee. Once paid, this holds your room until approximately eight weeks before your contract start date.
Then, you’ll be asked to confirm your booking by formally accepting your Accommodation Contract, which includes payment of the Contract Fee and Security Deposit.

- $500.00 non-refundable Confirmation Fee
- $1,400.00 non-refundable Contract Fee
- $500.00 Security Deposit.
2026 Academic Year pricing. ^Premium Rooms are not available for application. All new students are placed in a Standard Room unless otherwise notified of availability via email.
Fee Summary
Each year we produce a Fee Summary which shows exactly what you’ll need to pay, and when. It also outlines the difference in price between an academic year and a semester booking.
But remember, we only accept single semester bookings for students who are on Exchange or Study Abroad for six-months.
