We are here for you…
Settling into university life and living in a residential community can be exciting – but it can also bring new challenges. One of the many benefits of living in a residential college is having extra support right where you live.
Our Academic Programs Advisor is available on-site to help you stay on track with your studies. He offers tutoring, study skills sessions and guidance with enrolment or course-related issues.
For your mental health and overall wellbeing, our Counsellors provide free and confidential one-on-one support. Whether you’re managing stress, building resilience or simply finding balance – we’re here to help.

I’m passionate about supporting residents as they navigate the transition to university life while exploring their sense of identity. Having lived overseas myself, I understand the challenges that can come with moving to a new place and adapting to a different environment.

Academic Programs Advisor
As the College’s Academic Advisor, I support residents to achieve their study goals. With a background in Exercise Physiology and Teaching, I bring a broad understanding of learning and student development to my role. I am here to help you develop effective study habits, connect with tutors and study groups, and access the support you need to succeed.
Having experienced life at Trin as both a resident and staff member, I understand the balance between academic commitments and College life. I look forward to supporting you and helping you make the most of your time here.

Health and wellbeing
Trinity Residential College has great recreational spaces including its own gym and sporting courts. We offer a variety of programs year-round including yoga, mindfulness, drumming, meditation and Mental Health First Aid training.
At Trin, your Resident Advisors (RAs) are invaluable resources. Your Wing RA is always available to support you and a Duty Officer is on hand every night to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing.
UWA also provides an extensive recreation program, along with a fully equipped gymnasium and aquatic centre. On campus, you’ll find a Medical Centre and a wellbeing space called The Living Room, offering counselling and guidance.
Throughout the year, we partner with the UWA Student Wellbeing and Engagement Team to offer informative sessions on topics like sleep hygiene, alcohol use and respectful relationships – all designed to help you prioritise your wellbeing.
